Care that does not stop at the consultation
A comprehensive telehealth platform that facilitates collaboration among patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, labs and facility administrators — so a virtual consultation results in a prescription, a lab order and a record, not just a call.

Most telemedicine tooling solves the video call and leaves everything around it — the prescription, the lab order, the record, the follow-up — to systems that do not talk to each other.
That gap lands on the patient, who ends up carrying information between their provider, their pharmacy and their lab.
We built for five roles rather than two. Patients search for providers by specialty, location and availability, book and reschedule appointments, join secure audio and video consultations, and access their own visit summaries, lab reports and treatment plans.
Providers work from comprehensive patient records and medical histories, document visits, create treatment plans, send electronic prescriptions straight to pharmacies and order lab tests with results returning into the same record. Pharmacies receive and manage those prescriptions; labs process orders and return results to both provider and patient. Facility administrators monitor usage, manage accounts and permissions, and generate reports.
- Patient self-service Provider search by specialty, location and availability; scheduling, rescheduling and full record access.
- Virtual consultations Secure audio and video interactions between patients and providers.
- E-prescribing Prescriptions sent directly to pharmacies; lab tests ordered with results flowing back.
- Pharmacy & lab integration Both operate inside the platform rather than at the end of an email.
- Administrative oversight Usage monitoring, reporting, account and permission management.
- Background processing Automatic transcription of consultation audio recordings.
Role-scoped applications over a shared clinical record, with integration points for pharmacy and lab systems and background workers handling transcription and other asynchronous tasks.
A consultation now produces everything that should follow from it — prescription, lab order, documented plan — inside one system.
Patients stop being the integration layer between their own providers.
